• Plan and execute renovations and refurbishment of guest rooms, public spaces and amenities to keep property fresh, modern and competitive.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, owner leads, architects, designers, and contractors to develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines for hotel development initiatives

• Assist Director of Engineering in overseeing daily operations of engineering department including staffing, scheduling, and budget management
• Develop and lead comprehensive training programs for engineers, improving overall team knowledge and expertise to ensure standards of workmanship and improving on guest satisfactions score.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to execute maintenance and repairs projects with minimal disruptions to hotel operations.
• Prepare of estimates for repairs work, work specifications, invitation for quotations, and supervision of work carried out / evaluate and administer.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives such as Heat recovery systems, Chiller Plant replacement, water conservation measures and waste management, resulting in 10% reduction in utility expenses from 2019-2022.
• Achieve Green Mark Gold Plus awards and other environmental accolades for Regent Singapore.

• Managed and executed project value of $1.5 million for Chiller Plant Replacement
• Conversion of Tenant unit to expansion of Dolcetto with dining facilities of project value $2.5 million

• Electrical Switchgear replacement valued at $500k.

• Review renovation plans for medical clinics to ensure doctors purchasing the medical units comply with hospital standard procedures and system.
• Liaise with owners, tenants, consultants, contractors and authorities in management of defects liability and renovation works.
• Initiate and conduct lease negotiation and lease renewal for medical suites and retail space at Parkway Novena Hospital and Specialist Centre
• Attend to tenants' (properties leased to third parties and respective department/subsidiaries) and subsidiary proprietors' complaints.
• Develop and coordinate as part of the managing agent team and conducting council meetings for the medical clinic.
