- Responsible for assigned projects from the project initiation stage to the completion stage as an end-to-end project manager
- Managed both greenfield and brownfield EPC projects
- Since December 2022, I assumed the role of Project Manager for the basic design of a greenfield facility which is to produce Dermo Cosmetics products in Singapore. The facility is designed in an approximately 27,000 m2 GFA building in around 4 hectares plot which consists of clean rooms, controlled areas, labs, R&D, offices, production, utility facilities, wastewater management system, and an ASRS warehouse with AGVs.
- Between early 2022 to September 2022, led around 50 engineers as PM and completed the detailed design of a project for expansion of an existing facility to increase the production of stabilizers and emulsifiers for food processing
- In late 2021, completed an EPC lump sum green field project, which is to produce specialized chemicals used in the Semiconductor Manufacturing Process. The project started in early 2020. I led around 60 project personnel throughout the project duration. More than 300 people were working at the site during the peak period. Although the project faced several challenges during COVID 19 period, the project was completed in time with very good cost and safety performance. The project also received the 1st runner-up award for “Project of the Year” 2020-2021 Category B for Engineering and Construction from PMI Singapore.

- I led the entire project execution (except procurement) such as engineering, construction, safety, quality, and commissioning.

- From July 2014 to September 2016, as Proposal Manager, led proposal teams for the tendering of several projects including EPCC work scope for the Refrigerated Gaseous Storage Facility for Pengerang Deepwater Terminal 2
- In February 2013, I took an assignment for a revamp project for SHELL Chemical Seraya, Singapore. It was a heavy brownfield project with around 500 tie-in points to the existing facility. The planning of this project was crucial as the schedule was tied to the two planned pit stops. We maximized the installation of facilities whenever possible in pre-pit stops. During the peak period, more than 300 people were working at the site. The project was completed safely and timely after 16 months.
- In October 2012, started taking the role of Senior Project Engineer and led the engineering team for a tendering job for an additional ethylene cracker project in AL Jubail, Saudi Arabia for SABIC.

- In 2007 and 2008, worked as a Fire Heater Engineer for several LNG Projects including the PNG LNG Project in Papua New Guinea for ExxonMobil, and the Barzan FEED Project in Qatar for ExxonMobile/Qatar Gas
- As a Fire Heater Engineer, responsible for Fire Heaters, Waste Heat Recovery Units, and Reaction Combustion Chambers for Sulphur Recovery Units.
