Enquiries & Intakes

• Managed up to 5 enquiries and intakes independently per week, conducting preliminary assessments, risk assessments, and safety planning with supervisor's consult.
• Completed 98% of enquiries within 7 days and 90% of intakes within 14 days, meeting agency benchmarks and service standards.

Case Management & Intervention Support

• Co-managed low-risk cases, taking lead on case management tasks such as referrals, stakeholder coordination, and follow-up planning with clients.
• Supported caseworkers as a home visit buddy, conducting child-focused sessions (Sight, Interact, Assess).
• Ensured timely and succinct documentation and report writings to support caseworkers and maintain service quality.

Programme & Group Work (Project Stories)

• Appointed as Project Stories Group Leader (Jan 2024–May 2025), leading a team of 3 Social Work Associates in programme planning for children and youths.
• Led and facilitated team discussions to develop a proposal of a pilot programme for children (Primary 1–3) on emotional expression.
• Led and executed the pilot programme with the team in Dec 2024 with successful turn-up rates of more than 10 children present.
• Conducted an evaluation of the pilot programme using thematic analysis.

Community & Outreach Involvement

• Co-led an educational outreach to secondary school students on Family Violence awareness, facilitating group discussions and scenario-based learning.

Administrative Tasks
