- AIMS is COTS (commercial Off-the-shelf) product which was highly customized to be tailored to business requirements of E2i making grant administration more efficient through automation of their grants processing from inception to payments
- Implementation done in 5 phases
- There were various CRs implemented to cater to policy changes over time
- Major change requests include: Project Variation process, E2i Re-org, SAP upgrade to S4 Hana, AGO Budget Aggregation, AGO BA for Variation process
- Have worked as lead consultant for all above CRs from requirements gathering to Go-live and delivered successfully.
