• Management Information System (MIS), NTUC’s E2i, Senior Implementation Consultant, 04/2019 to 06/2024, MIS (Management information System) is the grant management system built for E2i to manage their wide range of schemes like Placement & Training schemes (includes 9 sub-schemes), WorkPro 2.0 (includes 4 sub-schemes), NEEDS (NTUC Enhanced Enterprise Development Support). AIMS is a COTS (commercial Off-the-shelf) product which was highly customized to be tailored to the business requirements of E2i making grant administration more efficient through automation of their grants processing from inception to payments. The project was implemented in 5 phases. There were various CRs implemented to cater to the policy changes over time. Major change requests include: Project Variation process, E2i Re-org, SAP upgrade to S4 Hana, AGO Budget Aggregation, AGO BA for Variation process. Have worked as a lead consultant for all the above CRs from requirements gathering to Go-live and delivered successfully.

• Portfolio Health Monitor, American Express, Developer, 04/2006 to 08/2006, Portfolio Health Monitor enables Managers, Directors in American Express to track performance and health of an Application or Portfolio. This application presents to the users the availabilities of various Applications under a Portfolio and also enables them to view the incident details in case of low availability. The system most of the time eliminates manual intervention and helps track performance of Amex Applications and hence the monitoring teams. This application includes 3 modules: Availability Dashboard – Provides view of availability of applications over a period of time, Portfolio Report - Shows report of incidents published by the team, Incident Record Ageing Module – Pulls Incident Record ageing information from American Express tool and shows report of it in a web application. The system has web interface as well as windows services. The Windows services are developed in VB.net and are executed at regular intervals to obtain and store the information, which is used by Web Application. The Application to be monitored is provided as input in the form of XML Configuration files. The Application makes use of Web Browser Control to monitor the Web applications. The tool sends out mail alerts, regarding the application unavailability to the teams thus, helps the team to reduce the manual monitoring of the application.
