• Implementation of new MES (Manufacturing Execution System) IT infrastructure in CIBA Vision with an estimated cost of USD $1.5 million.
• Network optimization project with the implementation of Velocloud edge for the region.
• Setup of ISMS (Information Security Management System) framework based on ISO27000 for manufacturing plant in Suzhou, China.
• SIR (Site Immediate Remediation) projects with the Global IT Infrastructure compliance team to address critical issues and implement corrective action plans to the manufacturing sites.
