IKM Subsea is an independent ROV and subsea operator with the longest experience and a successful track record in the development and use of electric WROVs. As a Project Engineer, I have successfully managed and delivered 9 projects up to date. My job scope entails the following;

• Developed detailed project plans to ensure timely completion and deliverables were met.
• Provided technical expertise throughout all phases of the project, ensuring accurate execution of designs and specifications.
• Maintained records for each project and engineering discipline.
• Completed construction tasks while providing safe working conditions, staying on budget and meeting project deadlines.
• Coordinated cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration to achieve project goals.
• Identified risks and implemented mitigation strategies, minimizing potential issues during the project lifecycle.
• Championed use of project management software (Microsoft Projects), enhancing team productivity and project tracking.
• Conducted post-project evaluations to capture learnings and improve future project outcomes.
• Oversaw resolution of project issues, maintaining project momentum and stakeholder confidence.

In my short stint as a Mathematics Teacher in an MOE Primary school, I managed to bring out the joy in learning mathematical concepts by relating them to real-life applications by using my experience as an Engineer.Below are some of the highlights of my teaching stint;

• Differentiated instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles, increasing student engagement and participation in class projects.
• Participated in professional development workshops, staying current on emerging trends and best practices in general education instruction.

Antares Energy Solutions is an independently owned Offshore, Marine and Subsea engineering design, project and construction Management Company based in Singapore to support the Oil & Gas business in Asia Pacific and Western Africa region. I started out as a Field Engineer and rose up the ranks throughout my years. Below are some of my responsibilities as a Senior Project Engineer;
