Providing level 1 support and assistance to users and ensure smooth operations within school especially for Teaching and Learning :

- Software Applications: installing and troubleshooting OS and specialized software

- Hardware support: connectivity issues, basic hardware components

- User support: respond to their queries, solving the issue

- Maintenance: regular updates, patching, anti-virus, security and performance

- Documentation: raising ticket and service requests to ensure all requests and incidents in the system for follow-up or use for reference

- Networking: basic networking troubleshooting for connectivity issue, VPN, Access Point (AP), LAN network etc

- Inventory management: Asset tagging, stock-taking, disposal of equipment

- Collaboration: work together with the ICT team in the school as well as the back end team in order to support the school further in terms of software and network in depth
