Project Name- OneCapture :

One Capture replaces the old WFI Capture in handling document scanning and verification. New features have been included to improve user experience and work productivity and helps to add barcodes or separators manually from the application which helps to reduce paper wastage.

One Capture helps users to scan the physical documents or to upload the softcopies with multiple file extensions and Send to Workflow with Case and Document fields. Follows a Process which includes, Creation of Batches scanning or upload Classification of Batch using Barcode, maker and checker and submits the documents to Workflow with Case and document properties.
One Capture is a seam less web application which can be integrated with different workflow systems.

Project Name- GEN and GWF Framework:

Generic Workflow system is built to enable case management and case routing for Operation processing of non-STP Service Requests. Application as a channel to create the case in workflow after case processing with option to store and retrieve uploaded processing documents. System facilitates to do case Inquiry, take reports and retrieval of historical cases along with supporting documents at any point of time.

Project Name- NGS :

The Next Gen Scan Client replaces the old PETRA Scan Client in handling document scanning and verification. New features have been included to improve user experience and work productivity. NGS helps users to scan the physical documents and Send to Workflow with Business fields. Follows a Process which includes, MFA, Creation of Batches scanning Classification of Batch to cases using Barcode or Page count per case, maker and checker and submits the documents to Workflow with Business Fields.

Project Name- P8TOS3 Migration :

The documents are stored in IBM FileNet Repository and categorized into different document classes under library. Each document contains its own index structure as well as annotations. The tool P8toS3 imports the documents from IBM FileNet along with the index information and export the document to Amazon S3 Repository. The tool has different modules like Configuration of Source and Target Repositories, Index Information Mapping, Data Migration and Reports.

Project Name- ELVIS (Electronic Visa System) :

This project is aims to process customer Visa applications using Datacap version 9.X and uploading them to File System as a repository with consolidated ZIP file which can consume from ministry applications of New Zealand.
As per the process, customer need to place a barcode separator between each document types, in order to identify and classify the documents and need to allow user to enter the Visa applicant details in verification screen of Datacap. At the same time, we need to allow user to crop the photograph from the application form to upload to File System. There is a custom monitoring tool has been defined to analyze the file modifications / extraction results after ZIP file upload to shared folder. This will allow user to select the date to analyze the files and provide consolidated report to proceed further.

Project Name- KLI Genie :

KLI Genie application is designed for processing the documents and export metadata to IONE. This Application captures the documents using Customized IBM Datacap Mobile application from both IOS, Android devices and identify pages using key files and processes to export Meta data using Datacap to IONE solution.
Datacap solution works as back-end OCR engine to identify the proposal document information v/s actual user data from backend DB. It also validates so many OCR rules to validate the accuracy of the data and provides output files in XML format with consolidated OCR passing / Failure results to be integrated with downstream systems.

Project Name-VFS Scanning Solution Tool :

In this project input files will be provided as zip files and we need to extract those input files and merge those input files as multi-tiff images based on the image naming conventions. And convert the multi-tiff images into PDF files. And then adding the custom metadata to the generated PDF file based on the given xml file input. And finally need to zip the files and place the final zip file in a target folder.
