1. Assisting passengers : provide information and assisting to travelers, helping them with directions, flight details and general airport queries.
2. Promoting services : Inform passengers about the amenities and services available at the airport such as lounges , snooze lounge and dining options.
3. Congestion : Coordinate flight schedules to minimize overlap and ensure that peak times are managed efficiently. Ensure the passengers queue in order and not disrupting the pathways.
4. Gate Change : Ensure that all information screens and digital displays in the airport reflect the new gate assignments immediately to prevent confusion. In addition , to assist passengers in finding their new gate.
* Sale of tickets and cinema concession via POS system.
* Managed cash transactions, including counting and reconciliation of cash at the start and
end of the shift.
* Greeted customers and provided them with information about movie showtime and
additional cinema services.
* Delivered food ordered by customers directly to their theatre seats and assisted them
with placing their orders manually where necessary.
* Cleaned theatres after each screening and ensured cleanliness both in cinema halls and
lobby/box office/lounge/restroom areas.
