Charmane Lim was a member of the Grab Central Merchants Sales Team from 23 June 2021 to 4 February 2022. It has been my privilege to be her supervisor during her time of employment in Grab.

Charmane had shown dedication, tenacity and resilience in her role as a Sales Representative. She had done well in her duties in pitching, negotiating and closing deals with GrabFood, GrabMart and GrabPay merchants – enabling her to meet the sales targets assigned to her. On top of that, she had stepped up to take on the role of guiding and training the junior representatives and was always willing to share her knowledge with the rest of the team.

On top of her likeable and approachable personality, Charmane was also proactive in her engagements and proved to be a valuable team player. Her contribution as an individual was widely appreciated by her peers and from external clients. Charmane had shown that she is capable in leading, achieving set targets, working well under pressure and has the ability to navigate interpersonal relationships.
