• Proactively develop and establish long-term relationships with clients and provide good after-sales service to them
• Establish new relationships through marketing activities and referrals

• Supervise and train signal operators to be competent in day-to-day tasking and able to execute unit’s operation exercises.
• Manpower planning and distributing workloads to 30 individuals under my charge to ensure that the platoon operates smoothly.
• Meeting audit requirements.
• Inventory checks for controlled items to meet operational needs.
• Logistics planning, working with third party contractors with deadlines

• Unit’s Fire Safety specialist (2020-2023), to ensure the unit meets fire safety requirements.
• Secretary of weekly unit operations group meeting (2020-2023), tasked with writing minutes and preparing meeting materials, communicating with stakeholders.
