1. Committee of enterprise risk management (ERM)

• A framework for managing organization risk, ensuring the work environment is safe and protect staff and patient from harm.
• Responsible to identified the risks within the department and monitor compliance to ensures the organization meet the corporate vision.
• The level of risk and likelihood of incidents occurring to be analyzed, and effective control measures implemented and monitor.

2. Image audit team in ultrasound department

• To review basic anatomy and refine imaging technique to improve correlation to the reason of exams.
• Enables the sonographers to learn and improve on image quality.
• Provides an opportunity to learn from each other and reduce the ultrasound discrepancies.

3. Appointed as clinical educator for SIT and parkway collage

• Undertaking the clinical educator course for Parkway College and SIT student and have passed the e-training modules for both of them.
• Fostering the development of students in clinical setting and creating positive learning experiences.
• Supervise and guide the student on the process of justifying request forms, performing radiological examination and interpretation of radiographic image.

4. Organiser of Case of the week (COW) in ultrasound department

• A commitment to share weekly cases (interesting case with learning points or uncommon case) for discussion and team learning to train critical thinking on interesting ultrasound cases.
• Create a fun learning environment within the department.

5. Participated in ultrasound journal club

• The purpose is to learn the independent critical appraisal of literature review and stay abreast on new technology and improving our own scanning performance / techniques.

6. Attended SGCR WIRES 2021 conference

• Aim to recognize the current practices in radiology across institution.
• Taught to produce images that demonstrate critical thinking in the various clinical situation.
• Gave a post-conference talk on the nutcracker phenomenon and nutcracker syndrome which was presented during the conference.
