Leading group of Petrophysicists in Asset Acquisition and Divestment team, work closely with Basin and Exploration team. Contributed to drive Petronas business growth through technical solutions and hydrocarbon resource assessment assurance for exploration asset acquisition, discovered resource opportunity (DRO) and basin studies worldwide.

Key achievements :

• Within very tight deadline in 10 months, obtained internal review endorsement for 15 exploration asset acquisition, 7 DRO evaluation in 7 assets, and basin studies in 7 basins and 225 wells.
• Initiated development of Porosity Permeability prediction and Hydrocarbon Resource Assessment tools, enabling expedited data-driven decisions.

Led group of Petrophysicists in Dulang (Peninsular Malaysia signature field), Bekok and Malaysia - Thailand joint development area. Provides a petrophysical solution, focusing on project deliverables in multiple activities from drilling operation, production enhancement, full field review and field development plan.

Key achievements :

• Successfully delivered high pace infill drilling campaign in a 40+ years solution gas drive Bekok field when petrophysical analysis was critical in identifying landing point and well placement in 9 horizontal wells. Achieved 150 % production attainability with average initial oil rates > 3,000 bopd per well.
• FID acceleration for 2 field development plans in Dulang oil field.
• Led cased hole data acquisition campaign and BCO task force for add perf proposals and well stimulation.

Performed analysis and provides petrophysical solutions in Baram (Sarawak Oil signature field), Fairley Baram, Bakau and Siwa fields, mentored two Junior Petrophysicists in the team.

Key achievements :

• Full field review of Baram field (200 wells, stacked 150 reservoirs with total thickness ~ 7000 feet, 50 years production history).
• Endorsement of 2 field development plans, executed 3 infill drilling campaigns.
• Led regional Sarawak caprock analysis and abandonment plan (7 fields, > 100 abandonment proposals).

Performed analysis and provides petrophysical solutions for Petronas international projects.

Key achievements :

• Petrophysical evaluation of shale oil reservoirs in La Amarga Chica, Argentina. Developed in-house guideline of shale oil petrophysical evaluation.
• Team member of Gumusut Kakap unitisation framework agreement.

Under UZMA employment, assigned as a consultant for Petronas projects. Responsible for all aspects of the petrophysical work for Kinabalu, Sumandak, Belud and Zuhal fields.

Key achievements :

• Delivered fast track field development plan in brownfield Sumandak, 1 FDP completed in 6 months.
• Led Petrophysicist of Zuhal and Kinabalu drilling campaign, delivered 1st HPHT gas development well in Malaysia.
• Team member of Malaysia Petroleum Management task force for Unitisation Framework Agreement between Malaysia and Brunei.

Started as Geologist for Vorwata, Roabiba and Wiriagar Deep in Tangguh Papua, Indonesia. In 2009, changed role as Petrophysicist and graduated from BP Advance Development Program for Petrophysicist batch 1.

Key achievements :

• Conducted core description and sedimentology study for ~ 2500 ft. of core.
• Developed static model for Vorwata and Wiriagar Deep field development plans.
• Team member of Vorwata drilling campaign, successfully drilled 14 gas development wells. Supervised logging/coring operation and PLT data acquisition campaign.
• Reservoir description Petrophysicst for Tangguh Full Field Review and Operation Petrophysicist for Tangguh Exploration and Appraisal Campaign.
• BP Asia Pacific Cement Evaluation log and Pore Pressure Prediction specialist, responsible for all activities within Asia Pacific region, reported to BP domain champion.

Geologist for Tunu Field - the signature gas field in Mahakam Delta, East Kalimantan, Indonesia

Key achievements :

• Wellsite and Operation Geologist, delivered more than 50 gas development wells within 2 years.
• Development Geologist developed static model and infill well planning for Tunu (>100 well proposals a year).

Performed seismic interpretation and well by well review for Offshore Northwest Java relinquishment project.

Key achievements :

• Endorsement of relinquished area from internal BP and Indonesia stake holder.
