Client: CREDIT SUISSE ACQUIRED BY UBS , a Swiss-based multinational financial services company, PRIMO is a crucial risk management application for fixed income and derivatives products, providing real-time financial risk calculations and profit/loss analysis. It generates risk-related data feeds for bank stakeholders and supports a range of products, from exchange-traded standard products to over-the-counter custom products. The application processes risk data overnight on grid computers post-market closure, facilitating portfolio finalization by traders. Moreover, the Primo Rates Risk application plays a crucial role in evaluating PnL and calculating market risk across various regions and book profiles. Reports generated based on daily book performances helps in identify potential issues and influence traders' decisions, while the Risk Management Mitigation team leverages these risk values to evaluate market risks undertaken during transactions.
Project: Front Office Risk Management Trade Floor Support for Primo Rates Risk, GFX Jane & EMG

My role in Trade floor support in investment banking plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations on the trading floor. Some of the key roles and responsibilities of trade floor support include:
⦁ Troubleshooting any technical issues that arise on the trade floor, including issues with the Risk generating systems, PnL Calculations, and Risk viewing systems.
⦁ Ensuring that all systems are up and running smoothly at all times to minimize downtime and disruptions to trading activities.
⦁ Performing regular data checks and validations to ensure the correctness and accuracy of the data that is being delivered to all downstream systems.
⦁ Regular checks on Issues and cordinating with BAU/Dev on stability calls for the fix.
⦁ Collaborating with quantitative analysts and traders to understand their needs and requirements for data and information, and working to meet those requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
⦁ Implementing and enforcing risk management protocols and procedures to ensure that trades are conducted in a compliant and safe manner.

My role involved managing Middle-Office & Back-Office applications, focused on batch processing of data from Front-Office & Third-party Vendors. Proficient in deploying batches using Autosys and utilizing Informatica Power Center for Workflow processing with ORACLE database as backend. In the Level 2 support position, serving as a global point of contact for production operations. Successfully handled user communication, incident analysis, and provided efficient solutions within agreed SLAs. Skilled in interacting with global stakeholders and managing user expectations effectively.

Experienced in Change Management & Release Management, proficient in implementing and managing changes to IT systems and software releases in a structured and controlled manner to minimize disruption and ensure smooth transition. Skilled in analyzing the impact of changes, developing change processes, and coordinating the release of software updates in alignment with business objectives and stakeholders' requirements..

Major Responsibilities Includes & Area of Expertise:
⦁ Managing all aspects of the end to end release process and update service knowledge management system.
⦁ Submission of regular reporting tasks to the Red-centric business, including but not limited to Forward Schedule of Change; Change Advisory Board agendas and supporting high level change reporting.
