Play the role of a HR Leader for a manufacturing plant with ~100 employees of P&G Singapore:

1. HR Strategies and Work Process:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance workforce effectiveness.
  • Foster rigorous E2E HR systems and action plan covering all aspects (employees engagement, recruitment, compensation and benefit, retention, etc.) to superior employee experience.
  • Directly manage a senior HR specialist and be the matrix leader of a Culture team (10 people) driving employee engagement action plan.

2. Performance and Talent Management:

  • Lead succession planning for both technician and manager to ensure Staff to Win and sustainable pipeline.
  • Streamline talent management via different aspects such as goal setting, career navigation, performance management, etc. to meet business goal

3. Organization design and change management

  • Lead HR related change and transition to drive business expectation.
  • Partnership with business leader on organization redesign, production and change management.

4. Leadership capability building:
