Play the role of a HR Leader for a manufacturing plant with ~100 employees of P&G Singapore:
1. Foster rigorous E2E HR systems and action plan covering all aspects (engagement, recruitment, compensation and benefit, retention, etc.) to superior employee experience.
2. Coach leadership team on people management and HR related capability to ensure strong people manager to drive the business and organization result.
3. Assure compliance and security by sustaining robust systems and standards (3rd party management, data privacy, physical security, etc.)
4. Directly manage a senior HR specialist and be the matrix leader of a Culture team (10 people) driving employee engagement action plan.
1. Lead EVP (Employee Value Proposition) program covering work-life integration, simplification, etc. to enhance the engagement of the whole organization, thus driving a strong and diverse culture
2. Design and implement organization capability building program focus on people managers group to strengthen leadership capability
3. Playing the role of HRBP for 2 biggest departments by partnering with leadership team to ensure talent pipelines, succession planning, organization development, etc.
4. Driving compliance of organization end to end from assessment, action plan development and execution, investigation, contractor management
Achievement:
1. Positive trend in corporate annual survey on employee's engagement for 3 consecutive years
2. Globally recognized by the company in 2021 for outstanding contribution (5% of the organization)
