• WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (Level ‘C’)
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSHC) – Level ‘B’
• Environmental Control Officer (NEA Registered)
• Earth Control Measures Officer (IES-ACES Registered)
• WSQ Develop a Risk Management Implementation plan (level 2)

• Conduct regular inspections of the workplace to identify and rectify potential safety hazards.
• Recommend the occupier of the work site to implement reasonably practicable measures.
• Disseminating and implementing update to onsite team the WSH Act, environmental And other legal requirements.
• Work closely with the relevant authorities on environmental, health and safety (EHS) matters.
• Familiar with Local Code of Practice, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Management System.
• Prepare, assess, and review the risk assessment.
• Lead toolbox, mass talk meeting and Conduct safety training.
• Coordinate with site management and all staff clears the EHS issue.
• Ensure implementation of RM, RA, and SWP on site.
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, or near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions
• To assist WSHO for all safety promotional activities, safety audits, safety meetings and execution of safety programs.
• Maintain site ESH records.
• Coordinate /Assist /Conduct HSE, CERT and Emergency Response Training and relevant activities.
• Work with the PM/ Occupier of the construction site to draw up, implement and monitor effective environmental management plans, including reviewing them when necessary
• Prepare and submit to the PM/ Occupier of the construction site, the Site Environmental Control Program (SECP) and the Site Environmental Control Report (SECR)
• Inspect the construction site to ensure all facilities, equipment and operations do not pose any environmental health hazard.
• Manage noise monitoring plan and report/ manage vector and air pollution control plan
• Other duties as assigned by the Management.
