• Involve the Implementation of safety management systems (SMS) on site
• Involve to prepare risk assessments for construction work activities before work commencement to prevent incidents
• Briefing the Risk control measure to the site team
• Monitoring the Risk Assessment Implementation at the site
• Take charge of all safety measures and ensure that they are carried out on-site
• Liaise with sub-contractors on safety-related matters and conduct safety committee meetings
• Assist with regular safety audits (external and internal)
• Provide technical support to all construction activities relating to Environment, Health & Safety
• Carry out daily site inspections to make sure safe work practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Enforces all safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations
• Conduct the appropriate Environment, Health & Safety induction training for all the management and site staff
• Monitor the construction activities are free from unsafe acts/conditions and in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist with incident investigations and recommend control measures to prevent their recurrence
• Setup, implement, and operate Permit to Work System (PTW) according to Workplace Safety & Health Act
• Update and keep safety records, safety reports, and statistics
• Conduct monthly inspections of LG, LM, electrical tools, and other machinery & equipment
• Organize safety promotional activities to keep employees motivated

• Assist to ECO to prepare and submit a Site Environmental Report to the workers on the worksite
• Assist to ECO to investigate environmental issues at the workplaces
• Identified environmental issues and recommend measures to rectify the irregularities
• Ensure to maintaining good environmental health standards among the workers and workplace
• Implementing Safe Management Measures (SMM), which includes identifying relevant risks, recommending and assisting in implementing measures to mitigate the risks, and communicating the measures to all workers on the construction site.
