• Safety member in the Squadron to drive Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) with more than 95% participation rate from 2021 to 2024
• Developed and implemented safety cap to be worn when working near aircraft to prevent safety breaches

• Used SAP Enterprise system to manage all workshop operation such as logistics and scheduling

• Oversee the serviceability of tools and TMDE

Achievements

• Trade Lead (Avionic), led a team of 6 personnel for Perth Deployment in June 2024 as part of RSAF diplomatic relations and achieved Squadron’s objective safely
• Team Lead for daily operation, rectification of avionics inconsistencies using schematic and wiring diagrams daily
• Deployed to United States of America from September 2017 to December 2019 and attended various exercises such as Red Flag Alaska, Combat Archer and Forging Sabre
