Technical

Type trained on Airbus EC725 (H225M) & AH64D.

Specialized on MAKILA 2A1 & GE T700-701C Engines

• Aircraft system troubleshooting as an Engine & Fuel System Maintenance Engineer
• Carried out in house testing, service and repair of defective system components
• Analysis of high failure rate components, investigate and resolve root cause of failure.
• DIagnostic maintenance on engine system with disassembly and assembly of engines.

Operation Management

• Spearheaded continuous improvement initiatives resulting in increased operational efficiency across multiple departments.
• Planned and led a team locally and overseas to support flying operations and hangar maintenance operations.
• Provided technical support to address pilots' needs for daily flying operations.
• Re-engineered and derived work processes to improve productivity and safety.

Project Management

• Optimized engineering processes by implementing innovative solutions and streamlining workflow.
• Leveraged data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities for process enhancements, leading to significant cost savings.
• Achieved successful project outcomes by maintaining accurate documentation and meeting strict deadlines and managing resources.

Training Management

• Developed, reviewed and conducted system courses for new trainees.
• Provided ST Engineering familiarization and induction lessons on H225M & AH64D systems.
• Identified training gaps and ensured organizational and individual training needs are met for incoming trainees.

Vendor Management

• Worked with external vendors to manage the repair status of components and equipment.
• Tracked and ensured that deliverables are completed on time and that quality standards are met.
• Sourced and recommended potential vendors to maintain components and equipments.

Achievements

2020 - Present

• Core team member in Singapore to set up the new EC725(H225M) Squadron.
• Managed technical queries with Boeing and Airbus Engineers on maintenance support.
• Successfully Planned and Led a team in the initial long down time maintenance on EC725(H225M) for the RSAF.
• Successfully Planned and Led a team to configure four EC725(H225M) with cabin tanks for long range and emergency within a span of 2.5 months for delivery of aircrafts to Brunei detachment.
• Gold award and represented RSAF for innovation assessment. Created alternate inspection method for Zeolite leak on AH64D Nitrogen Inerting System.
• Gold award and represented RSAF for innovation assessment. Reduction in fuel filter inspection post fuel cell maintenance.

2015-2019

• Acceptance team for Matrix upgraded aircraft in Boeing Mesa, Arizona USA.
• Deployed to Peace Vanguard Detachment from 2017 - 2019 in Tucson, Arizona as Engine and Fuel System specialist.
• Participated in Ex Forging Sabre 2019 (XFS19), Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) integrated strike exercise.
• Guard of Honour Contingent, National Day Parade 2016.
• National Day Flag Fly pass crew for NDP 2015

• Launch and Recovery for Singapore Youth Flying Club aircrafts.
• Before and After flight servicing of Diamond DA40 aircrafts.
• Basic First line aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting on Airframe and Engine Systems.

• Type trained on Diamond DA40.
• Performed vital preventive maintenance tasks to extend the service life of aircraft components and systems on Cessna C172R and Diamond DA40 in accordance with CAAS and FAA regulatory requirements.
• Assisted in fixed base operator services for private jets and private leisure aircrafts.
