Involved in the Quality Control and schedule for the production of lift-boat jacking system and hydraulic power system, manage the logistic for delivery from Singapore to china CMHI, on site co-ordinate, management and supervision of the commissioning of jacking system, hydraulic power system, firefighting and propulsion and jetting system of the Amerin 320 designed lift-boat. Settle additional claim and payment.

Supervision of installation of HPU, gearbox, pinons

Monitor and manage the progress and process of appointed management company and the yard for the construction of 2 in nos. JU2000E jack up in ZPMC and 1 in no. CJ50 jack up in CMHI yard. Station in Nantong, China. Act as the main liaison point between the stakeholder and the yard. To resolve contract dispute and set the standard for the quality of work being done. Attend FAT and commissioning on site. Prepare, submit report and critical thinking to the stakeholder. Budget control.

Lead a team of project manager, engineer, qa/qc to drive several projects to completion. Assist the yard manager for day to day running of the yard operation. Overall in charge of the production dept. and yard support facilities, including heavy lift, forklift, scaffolding, painting and HSE

Initial setup of yard facilities including quayside support facilities for ship/rig to come alongside. To convert a bare land into shipyard standard inclusive of crane, workshop layout, docking plan, storage areas, FFE, chemical disposal, heavy lift planning, quayside docking

Working with commercial, purchasing, safety, engineering, sub-contractor for project costing and project tendering. Upon completion, to settle with the various stakeholders.

Liaised with owner on the concept and design, liaised with the yard for the supporting facilities and ABS for the certification. Prepare the scope of work, prepare the quotation, engineering, procurement and construction. To fabricate and install new quarter module inclusive of Steel structure, Electrical cabling, Ducting extension and additional system for module. Piping system inclusive of hot, cold, grey water and black water line. New walkway extension and new platform. Quote for additional works. Commission the system.
