Key Achievements:

• Trained and evaluated 20 department-level Intelligence and Security Officers, achieving 90th percentile in trainer feedback satisfaction.
• Created a new training system for department-level Intelligence and Security Officers, from concept clearance in Jun 2019 to endorsement in Nov 2019.
• Planned and supervised the decantation of ~10,000 migrant workers in Lim Chu Kang Camp, managing the facility for 6 months (Mar 2020 to Sept 2020) before handover to the Ministry of Manpower.
• Conducted 7 department-level high-risk field training and Tabletop Exercises (TTXs).
• Developed and executed Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for training outfit to continue training units during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As an operations officer within the Army's high readiness core, the key role is to ensure the standby contingency forces are prepared to respond to any crisis within and around Singapore. The role encompasses work planning, incident management, contingency response, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and resource yearly workplan, coordinating and aligning sub-units to achieve desired outcomes.
• Raise, train, and maintain the Army's Quick Response Force (QRF).
• Plan and coordinate QRF actions, interfacing with various army headquarters and units.
• Handle incident reporting and incident management for the unit.
• Develop capabilities to enhance QRF's crisis and emergency response.
• Ensure recruitment, staffing, and training needs of the QRF are met.

Key Achievements:

• Served as Deputy Commander for Crisis Response Team during Flood relief operations in Kelantan (Dec 2014), providing 120,000 liters of water to flood victims and hospitals.
• Member of the Incident Command for LKY funeral proceedings.
