  • Monitor the expiry dates of all work passes (Work Permits, S Passes and Employment Passes) and liaise with McDonald's licensed vendors on the renewals thereafter.
  • Ensure all work passes are renewed in a timely manner.
  • Assist in sourcing repatriation flight itineraries for resigning PRC crews and explaining to them the breakdown of their last salary after IRAS tax clearance.
  • Process all workmen's compensation cases of all stores and liaise with insurer / MOM on matters pertaining to claims.
  • Prepares letters and correspondences for employees such as verification of employment, confirmation, promotion, acceptance of resignation and business travel etc.
  • Attend to HR related enquiries from all employees.
  • Monitoring of all employees' medical leave, annual leave and off-in-lieu etc.
  • Process all invoices for the entire HR department in a timely manner.
