  • Suggested and helped to implement paperless promotion exercise for the doctors' promotion: - Actively collaborating with IT department on the possibilities of realizing this idea as in the past, all the documents were printed in hardcopies and it is very time consuming to make duplicate copies
  • All of these duplicate copies were then shredded as they are private and confidential documents
  • Created a page in KK Hospital's Intranet and guided promotion panel members (such as CEO and CMB) on how to navigate the workspace
