1. To provide responsive after sales service to Customers by managing the overall progress of the introduction and production of their products. 2, Provides business services to customer in terms of liaison with Sales order and also commercials issues such as RFQs, Risk Management for projects & company, inventory management (consignment materials), providing schedules from production planning to shipments.
3. Leading the overall operations of the designated projects. Leader for the Customer Management meeting in terms of obtaining daily updates of production related issues from various departments of the company. Responsible for the inventory valuation of the projects in the company.
4. Responsible for the project standard costing updating and order fulfillment.
