Hello! I'm Shanice, an aspiring data analyst with a degree in Business from SMU. Through self-learning, I've acquired proficiency in coding languages such as SQL and R, along with visualisation tools like Tableau and Power BI.
My professional journey includes a tenure as an HR Analyst intern at UOB, where I leveraged data insights to drive real-world solutions. Drawing from this experience, I've transitioned to a role at IHRP, a leading professional body for HR, focusing on skills development for the HR sector.
As part of professional development, I am currently enrolled in a Specialist Diploma in Data Science for Business. During my free time, I enjoy bird watching and playing computer games!
IHRP has been designated as the Skills Development Partner for the HR sector by SkillsFuture Singapore. In my role as a Skills Development Specialist, I have developed two jobs-skills insights report by analysing market labour data using Power BI and R and gathering insights on the ground through interviews and surveys.
