IHRP has been designated as the Skills Development Partner for the HR sector by SkillsFuture Singapore. In my role as a Skills Development Specialist, I have developed two jobs-skills insights report by analysing market labour data using Power BI and R and gathering insights on the ground through interviews and surveys. • Made 2 interactive dashboards on Power BI which cut down on manual updating by 100%
• At least 5 media coverages such as Straits Time, ZaoBao on the report insights
• Over 1.7k downloads on IHRP website
• Presented the key insights via 4 public events to over 100 HR professionals.

Selected to lead a company-wide Data Literacy training for 45 employees, focusing on Excel and Power BI. I was chosen for this role due to my expertise in both tools, ensuring effective knowledge transfer across the team. Concepts taught include:

• xlookup, vlookup, pivot tables, graph making
• Various visualisation types on Power BI
• Addition of multiple data source through database management concepts i.e. primary and foreign keys in Power BI

As a People Analytics intern, I was tasked with generating monthly dashboard for management team using R and Power BI.

• Streamline DAX formulas on Power BI and codes in R, making it smoother to run and less time needed, increasing productivity by approx 15%
• Supported data requests using Excel and Power BI from other functions

Other notable tasks and projects, I was involved in include:

• Automating 5 excel files to the level of searching for the file through various shared folders using VBA, cutting down on time needed to produce the end-piece by 100%.
• Coded a survival analysis on R to analyse and predict attrition rates using length of service. Graph was used to present to MD level HR team.
• Spearheaded the creation of Power BI dashboard to analyse exit interview data, identifying critical areas for improvement in employee satisfaction. Presented to SVP and MD from Strategic HR team.
