-monitor blood circulation for backslab , straight leg traction etc

* Opthalmology:
-Perform eyes drop/gel administration
-Maintain eyes hygience
*Plastic surgery
-Monitor healthiness of skin graft side and to inform doctor immediately if there is abnormalities
*Urology
-Perform female catheterization
-Perform bladder washout
-Collection of urine specimen through sterile technique and through urine catheter
*General Surgey
-Take care of patient with multiple drainage such as JP bulb drain, redivac drain, pouch drain, chest tube drain
-Perform surgical wound dressing and care
-Take care of patient pre-operatively and post operative (Monitor vital signs, dressing/drain site, diet status, follow doctor's post operative instruction
-Ability to detect abnormalities and take immediate action such as patient is in shock or collapse
-Take care of patient with vacuum dressing
*Nuerosurgery
-Take care of patient with tracheostomy (Tracheostomy suctioning, spiggoting, post decannulation care)
-Extraventricular drain care
(changing of EVD bag, EVD dressing, draining of EVD)
-Post operative care for brain surgery patient
-Conscious Level Chart, GCS score
-Perform competency check for staffs about changing of EVD bag
-NG tube feeding
-Pain auditor leader in ward
-Assess ward staffs competency for usage of PCA pump and care for patient with patient control analgesia
-Looking after patient with epidural analgesia
-Perform pain audit to other ward
-Pressure Injury auditor leader in ward
-Assess patient pressure injury stage and do necessary intervention
-Establish pressure injury prevention management to patients who are prone for pressure injury
-Help to investigate pressure injury incidents
-precept year 3 student nurses from NP/NYP/NUS during their PRCP
-precept new nurses during their probation period
-Perform staffs assignment for next three shift
-Handle manpower issue when there is shortage of manpower for next shift or next day
-Ensure ward tasks are carrying out smoothly
-Source person for colleagues or junior nurses when they need help
-Assist nurse manager to order ward stocks
