Description - Crime Analysis and Prediction is a systematic approach for identifying the crime. This project is to predict the crime incidents that happens in  future. the major aspect of this project is to estimate which type of crime  contributes the most along with time period and location where it has  happened.
Key Contributions -
Data Collection: Gathered raw data from multiple sources (APIs, sensors, public datasets) ensuring relevance and completeness.
Dataset Creation: Structured and organized collected data into a usable dataset, applying labeling and metadata for clarity.
Data Preparation: Cleaned and preprocessed data by handling missing values, normalizing features, and splitting into training/testing sets.
Model Selection: Evaluated multiple machine learning algorithms (e.g., Decision Trees, Random Forest, Neural Networks) to identify the most suitable model.
Analysis & Prediction: Implemented predictive modeling and generated insights, enabling accurate forecasting of outcomes.
Accuracy Evaluation: Measured performance on test sets using metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1‑score to validate model reliability.
Model Saving: Deployed and saved the trained model for future use, ensuring reproducibility and scalability in real‑world applications.
