• Its form is highly complex, conceived around the idea of a lotus flow the ASM has ten asymmetric petals which radiate out from the central atrium core
• The project document has been controlled by Aconex (Electronic Document Management System) that has been chosen to be the official method of sending and recording written communication
• Aconex retains a complete record of all items including Emails, Design drawings, and Shop drawings, Specifications, Project Manager’s Instructions, Method Statements, Technical Submissions, Schedules, Meeting Minutes, Programs, Inspection Records and Reports until and beyond the Project’s completion
• Also involved in the completion of final works and handover to the building to operations with in the areas of the Retail development, Crystal Pavilion, Celebrity Chef Restaurants
