Being a service crew at wingstop was the first F&B job i had. I have gained much valuable experience from it, and it has exposed me to many more skills outside of a retail job. I also learned the POS there for the first time. It also helped me really learn how to work under pressure and rush hour, as Wingstop is a very busy establishment. During my time there, I;

• Prepared products following restaurant, health, and safety standards and procedures.
• Replenished serving stations with fresh food and cleaned up spills.
• Ensured timely delivery of orders by prioritizing tasks according to demand during busy periods.
• Enhanced customer satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service.
• Prepared food items accurately and quickly, adhering to strict food safety guidelines.

• I also worked at Evisu and Superdry as a part time retail associate, and I helped customers navigate what they want and help make their shopping experience better
• I can also speak a bit of mandarin so I can converse in that too if they have trouble speaking english

This was the second time i worked at Superdry, and it was a good experience at my second retail job. However, I had to leave after a while as i had major exams then.

I used to work at superdry as a sales associate, for a few months, and this was the first time i worked here, before i did again the next year for a short period. In the time i did work, I;
