• Liaise with consultants, client on all mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) matters.
• Carry out drawing review and coordination among various disciplines.
• Review of shop drawing / materials / MOS submitted by subcontractors.
• Submit shop drawing and material approval.
• Attend weekly site meeting with client / consultant.
• Review of contract documents and have clear understanding of scope of works.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HDB or private residential projects.
