I have also been trained in other content set such as Due Diligence (KYC) where I spent over a year with, Politically Exposed Persons, attended Shadowing Sessions with the Adverse Media Entities team as well as mentored by a reporter from Wall Street Journal. I have also managed the Social Singapore Team for 3 years.
I am able to quickly adapt to different environments, I have a clear goal in mind as well as a warmth that has made me an effective leader and I am also resilient and have persevered to many challenges in the different settings that I am constantly put in.

- I spent almost 8 years in Dow Jones with the Anti Corruption (State-Owned Company) Team that sits under the umbrella of Risk and Compliance Department.
- During my time there, I helped facilitate cross-functional collaboration among various teams for an integrated approach towards Anti Money Laundering (AML) efforts with the changing political landscapes.
- I had also been trained to conduct research on Politically Exposed Persons, Companies Ownership Research, Sanctions, Adverse Media News on Companies as well as other AML related research which includes Client Screening and Due Diligence using various research methodologies including AI.
- I also supervised multiple projects from project start through delivery by prioritizing needs and delegating assignments while maintaining highest quality of work, across teams in different time zones.
- I served as a mentor and resource for junior team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing within the quality assurance function.
