SPS Award Reception Committee
I was in charge of organizing the awards and certificates to ensure everything was well-prepared. My responsibilities included sending email invitations to all awardees, registering them, and assisting the Guest of Honor during the event, alongside the team. Moreover, I was required to attend the committee's meetings, usually held monthly, with more frequent meetings as the event date approached.


Home Team NS Game Festival
I took part in the recent Home Team NS Game Festival at Home Team Bedok Reservoir as a Member – Cheerleader, joining forces with other agencies like SCDF and ICA. I am delighted to announce that our team secured the 2nd position in the competition.


S2 Staff Welfare
I’m responsible for the team wellbeing by ensuring they are coping well with their workload and any personal issues. Stocking up of pantries, organizing activities and promoting work life balance such as Birthday, Welcome, Farewell, Celebrations such as Year End, CNY, Hari Raya, Team Bonding (Running for #trifactor within S2 at Punggol and #Allstars at East Coast 2023).


TCDR Trainer
I aspire to become a tactical trainer and am dedicated to sharing my tactical expertise with my peers. Upon finishing the Facilitator in Training Course, I achieved certification as a TCDR tactical trainer. As part of this role, I fulfill tasks like assessment and safety oversight. Presently, I contribute to the training team for CQRT training for COMC and S2. If time allows, I also lend a hand to SPTI training on occasion.


Fitness Advocate
I was given the opportunity to enroll in the fitness advocate course. As a fitness advocate, I must constantly improve and maintain my fitness and I recently achieve gold standards for my IPFT for year 2024. With this I transfer the knowledge learnt from Fitness Advocate course by conducting
active hour for my colleagues and creating a training program for them to maintain their health and fitness progressively.

I have been assigned the role and I am dedicated to giving my utmost effort for the future of S2 aftercare, including CU.


Daily Situation Report (DSR – Muster)
I proactively learned and took on the MSO role, even leading the closing muster when the MSO was unavailable. I welcome challenges, eager to grow from errors and consistently aim to enhance my performance for better contributions.


Streamline processes for CWRS and S2
I am knowledgeable about operational processes and the various drugs that supervisees were using. I conducted knowledge-sharing sessions with S2 staff regarding different types of drugs. I participated in a working group to evaluate and improve processes for CWRS and S2 staff. I demonstrated the utilization of CCOS and how the system identifies curfew violations.
