  • Developed short and long-term sales and marketing strategies to gain market share, uncover new sales opportunities and increase revenue. Strategies also include New supplier and customer development and new vertical market segment identification, solution creation and Operational excellence.
  • Performed monthly sales forecasting, Competitive landscape analysis to determine product performance levels and need for new products to close the white space within the company portfolio.
  • Increased company revenue from a mere $150mil in 1997 to $1.6B in 2024. Became No 1 distributor in all the 3 regions under me- ASEAN, India and ANZ and a distributor of choice by customers, vendors and employees. Expanded the team size from 100 to 600 across the region.
  • In the process was promoted from Product Manager to Marketing Manger in 2001, then as Marketing Director in 2003, then as Vice President in 2008 and served in that capacity till July 2024. Selected for the Prestigious President Club award for 3 consecutive year. Won the " Best Employer of the Year award" in Singapore in 2014 under my leadership.
