• Selling/promoting merchandise and perform sales transaction (cashiering)
• Replenish merchandise and perform housekeeping duties
• Participate in inventory stock-take

• Contacting and liaising with artists before and throughout the event.
• Familiarising with the artists' schedules and ensuring they arrive at their performance venues punctually.
• Liaising with officers from other departments, such as operations, transport and hospitality.

• Assist in daily logistics movement within the warehouse and shipping areas.
• Carry out a stock take and ensure scanning accuracy
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and practices.
