• Site Survey and taking all necessary measurement for planning and execution of works
• Planning of all site works including hoarding,scaffolding, loading and unloading,setting up hoisting beam and bracket,hoisting of escalator and installation of escalators
• Planning Manpower, duties, and daily work schedule,lorry crane and mobile crane
• Responsible for the hoisting & installation of escalators on site.
• Carry out the hoisting & installation work according to pre-determined method instruction and schedule.
• Dismantle escalator units to gain access to remove and replace defective parts, using hoists, ladders, and hand/power tools.
• Ensure all work processes comply with quality, environmental and safety procedures, and requirements.
• Supervision of hoisting and dismantling of old escalators, and installation work of escalators according to pre-determined hoisting plan, method instruction and schedule
• The Project Engineer/Site Engineer (Building Construction) is responsible for assisting the Project Manager on the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project, ensure the project is in good progress and quality, with safety and environmental control.
• Project Manage in all on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submissions
• Monitor and supervise Engineers / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship
• Preparation of Method Of Statement, Sequence of Works and any other technical documents Co-ordinate with Clients / Sub Contractors / Suppliers / Consultants
• Plan & Track the project progress and Supervisors and aligning with the Project Completion Timeline
• Ensuring all site personnel are carrying out works in accordance to statutory compliance & client's requirements
• Plan all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all
• Technical expertise and knowledge in Foundation, Structural and Building works
• Good knowledge on method statements
• Ensuring environmental, safety and health practices are carried out at all times

• Supervision the installation (Mitsubishi, EM, Fujitech and Schindler brand) and ensure that the work performed to meet the standard and qualities.
• Making a feasible plan to achieve the goals and objective of the projects.

• Manage ongoing work with all supervisors to meet deadlines.
• Plan and coordinate the installation team with supervisors and management team.

- Plan correct work methods and procedures to ensure reliability and safe operations.
- Service for breakdowns and call-backs according to contract terms including 24-hour standby
duty.
- Release of passenger from lift mantrap according to contract terms
- Troubleshoot minor equipment faults and carry out preventive and/or corrective actions
- Prepare Maintenance Sheet and signed by customer every month.
