- Monitor compliance with local regulations, including LTA and SCDF requirements, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Lead site assessments, prepare detailed installation proposals, and plan material requirements for EV charger installations. Manage the installation process, configure charger post-installation (including setting power limits and upgrading firmware), and assist customers with the registration of installed chargers.
- Assist LEW in oversee commissioning and testing of the solar PV system to ensure functions as intended and assist in configure new solar PV systems, including inverters, power sensors, and EMI devices.
- Integrate Solarfox with the FusionSolar system to display real-time solar performance on PV displays.
- Oversee the solar plant monitoring system using FusionSolar to ensure optimal PV system performance, minimize energy loss, and retrieve lost data. Conduct regular firmware updates as necessary.
- Conduct troubleshooting, resolve issues, and manage warranty claims for existing solar and EVC systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Oversee the progress of solar maintenance work, ensuring adherence to checklists and quality standards.
- Manage routine inspections and maintenance of EV chargers, ensuring compliance with LTA requirements.
- Prepare ad-hoc maintenance reports for customers to ensure transparent communication and proper record-keeping.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing post-construction concerns (e.g., water leaks) and managing expectations during the warranty period.
- Supervise the fire extinguishers procurement according to the plan, ensure proper installation and operation of fire extinguishers and compliance with SCDF requirement.
- Assist LEW in prepare monthly IREC plant reports to ensure data accuracy and alignment with compliance requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of comprehensive SP application documentation and O&M report to fulfill regulatory standards.
