-Doing daily checks on operations ensuring Hardware supplies is sufficient for production.

-Makings rounds on production floor every hour to maintain smooth operations.

-Liase with Supervisor and team for any supports needed at different supply points.

-Loading and unloading of goods manually and by forklift.

-Maintain cleanliness by doing 5s daily after production.

-Monthly stockcounts of all the Hardware and Bulks.

-Manage new staff to ensure they are proficient in handling the task.

-Debriefing with engineers and team after every production to find any room for improvements and ways to avoid any hiccups during production period.

• Doing preparations for newly joined recruits. Packing of army essentials such as boots etc. Going Pulau Tekong to issue them their Bags and generate records. Operating Kits Exchange for those who can’t fit into their items. Having two – three part time staff under me, making sure ops goes smoothly without receiving any complaints from our Main customer which is the Army.

• Driving reach truck doing daily picking order, maintaining warehouse products by ensuring 5’s and prepare order for the following day. Doing putaways for inbound products.

• Doing daily patrolling around selected areas and ensure that public adheres by the law. Enforcing members of public who doesn’t comply on the rules and regulations. Issuing summons to those who doesn’t.

• Managing customers needs. Doing commercial and domestic moving/deliveries. Making sure that items delivered is always in good condition. Doing daily stock checks and preparations for the following day. Handling a team of 4 or more on job sites. Manage cash collections and handing over to higher up if there’s any. Maintaining self-image and always being polite and discipline no matter how bad the matter escalates.

• Ensure the safety of our borders. Checking the passport of travelers clearance in and out of Singapore. Always being on high alert to looking out for abnormalities and threats. Doing profiling of travelers and conveyance in and out of Singapore.

• Doing daily deliveries, and ensure items are delivered on time and items are in good conditions. Doing house and commercial moving.

• Greet and attending to walk in customers. Assist with customers apparels. Arranging of stockroom/new arrivals and maintaining tidiness of the shop floor(house keeping).
