  • Provide seniors social, medical, financial assistance if any
  • Mentored junior associates, fostering professional development and improving overall team performance
  • This is a AIC project to create community support awareness to seniors MG and PG supporting them a follow up call and to find out about their social, medical, financial needs if any after SGO last visited them.
  • Using database CRM to locate leads and enter database..if anything needed to follow up enter inside database or highlight to supervisor.
  • Provide listening ears to seniors and to provide community service number for them to call if any such as nursing home, counselling, SOS hotline.
  • Identify any immediate attention seeking case such as suicidal thoughts or emotional feeling seniors to supervisor and to sought advise to calm them down or to refer to 999/995 if emergency arises.

. This a project funded by MOH and outsource from AIC to CGH as a new set up call centre with scripted question.

  • CDC voucher will be given out to singaporean household over the period till2024 as a form of relief for GST hikes,inflation and to support low income families
  • About the Role: This role is to engage with merchants from hawker, heartlands under HDB who are eligible to participant and join as merchant to receive the vouchers digitally to help boost their business and at the same time learn new technology app
  • The role needs to conduct daily routine to walk about with the GRC as per assigned by mgmt
  • Daily report such as merchant feedback, bank account changes, change of tenants etc..via goggle drive or goggle form
  • Team mission is launched to enable buddy system and to do a deeper understanding in the perspective view of merchant for their rejection and the difficulties that they are facing
  • I enjoyed talking to people, hearing voices, and mingling with them
  • Bringing smiles to them and guiding them on technology
  • Reason for leaving : The project is ending, thus the manpower will be reduced as our target are met and as we are gradually back to normalcy
  • It has been a very fruitful experience learning and walking around different estates and meeting many business owner

  • The role also require to standby for any other emergency cases like swabbing HDB flat area or offshore swab operations and any other job duty as per assigned
  • Reason for leaving: As we are moving towards normalcy operations are reduced thus lesser manpower required

  • Our main roles involves answering incoming calls, making outgoing calls,,arranging advertisment content, preparing advertisement quotations, upsell.and cross selling of other products
  • We handle property, jobs, beauty,.education, food, obituarty, greeting ads across the board
  • Our KPIsare150 calls per days, all calls are recorded
  • We work based on individual sales target, call target and team target and other challenge set by mgmt
  • Call Centre Sales Rep was my position as i first join in2007
  • Gradually the management made changes to boost sales
  • A task force team was form to create other revenue source for magazine , radio, digital platform
  • Leading the team to create new avenues, new client base and new projects, and to work with other relevant departments to create new source of revenue
  • Reason for leaving: Due to organisation restructure and decreasing sales in printing advertisement, the team was dismissed and retrenched as the company decided to make business changes

  • The role also required to recover non payment bill incurred such as arranging installment plan for customer
  • Reason for leaving: it has been a very pleasure to work in such a nice company and special department
