Train operation responsibilities

• Manning the train on the Mainline according to the given schedule, report any fault findings to the OCC immediately and ensure passenger safety is not compromised.
• Conduct a Train functionality inspection and update the Train preparation checklist based on the provided schedule. Report the findings to OCC accordingly.
• Conduct train testing in the depot test track and on the main line with LTA and the train manufacturer.
• Perform train rescue operations.

Station Operations duties

• Perform station operation duties as and when assigned, including opening and closing the station, operating the lift and escalator and AFC gates. Ensure both bound STIS are functioning correctly and conducting PA testing.
• Operational Duties as manage day-to-day operations at the assigned station and Ensure smooth operations, including managing staff, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction and Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency response plans. Collaborate with relevant authorities to maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff.
• During disruption, apply appropriate signage and direction to guide passengers to alternative transport and report the situation to OCC.

OCC Operation Duties

• Support OCC to monitor and control train operations on the mainline during Paya Lebar-Mountbatten tunnel strengthening activities and ensure service punctuality and safety.
  
  
  
  
  

• Performs batch / unit or ancillary operations safely and efficiently following standard operating
• Inspect Purified Water System.
• Manually monitoring temperature, pressure, flow, PH, volume, color and adjusting parameters accordingly Ensures that batch and operating log sheets are correctly recorded and complied
• Communicates clearly with superintendent and colleagues at the end of shift, hand-over by highlighting production status and any items bearing on safety, quality and efficiency.

• Adhere to safety and clean area procedures to comply with agency and regulatory mandates Identified and resolve variances to bring products in line with requirements
• Performed visual assessment of products to evaluate conformance with quality standards Monitoring testing procedures and verified performance of tests according to established item specifications and protocol
• Complete supporting documentation for testing procedures, including data capture forms, equipment logbooks and inventory forms
• Review and validate quality requirements for manufacturing planning, supplier purchase orders and engineering specifications to meet contract compliance regulations
• Document and execute detailed test plans and test cases and summarize and log audit findings for reporting purposes
• Perform Quality Evaluation and analysis for Pilot products or Trial products in laboratory Assist QA Engineer to buy off Quality Assurance related equipment
• Review defect samples after rework done and ensure there is no escapee to customers.

• Follow up with vendors and attend onsite technical training during start-up period and new Equipment installation
• Performed Preventive Maintenance by Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly, semi annually and annually
• Use SPC and other relevant software to detect trends of product spec and measurement in production

• Experience in Clean room and ESD controlled environment Gone through with 5S, TPM, Kaizen and Poka Yoke activities
• Able to trouble shoot and analyze major and minor problems in machines and upkeep Machine performance
• Performed equipment modification to reduce down time and product yield off happened Identified rejects and root causes and perform corrective actions according to defect criteria
• Performed PM services for equipment according to period (e.g.: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly
• Assist maintenance engineer to find root cause for damage Lead frame Perform calibration for tooling parts and set up tool and die sets for Trim and form equipment
