  • Provide end-to-end guidance on onboarding processes for satellite network partnerships, including Iridium Certus (as Service Provider) and Inmarsat (as Distribution Partner).
  • Lead technical and operational alignment for service provisioning, SIM management, billing, and support escalation structures.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workflows between Digitalskies, Iridium, and Inmarsat stakeholders to meet compliance, provisioning, and go-to-market readiness.
  • Support development of internal systems, including documentation for API integration, airtime management, and RTM (Remote Terminal Manager) enablement.

  • Iridium Certus Onboarding (SP):
    Contributed to Digitalskies' successful onboarding as an Iridium Certus Service Provider by aligning activation workflows, developing SOPs for 100/200 services, and coordinating test SIMs and terminal validation.
    Developed support documentation and internal processes used for customer service delivery and partner onboarding.
  • Inmarsat Distribution Partner Enablement (DP):
    Supported Digitalskies in its journey to become an Inmarsat Distribution Partner by overseeing commercial alignment, onboarding documentation, and certification for BGAN, GSPS, and Aviation offerings.
    Introduced provisioning templates and SOPs based on Galaxy 1’s operational models, enabling faster go-to-market execution.
