Manage and oversee operations on multiple legs of supply chain to streamline for efficiency and lower lead time such as last mile, customs clearance and End-to-End.


Product P&L Revenue and Profit Control Tower (Intra-ASEAN)

• Main stakeholder in managing commercial rates and cost analysis for all shippers using various products. Worked closely with multiple stakeholders from Vendor Solutions Procuring to BD to ensure that our profit margins, costs and revenue are within KPI expectations.


New Product Management (Intra-ASEAN)

• Operationalized and commercialized Intra-ASEAN lanes for Ninja Pte Ltd which led to substantial increase in revenue streams. Responsibilities of new product management includes: > Working with Vendor Solutions Procuring for relevant vendors

> Creating SOPs for country operations team on how to do imports and exports of B2C goods from origin warehouse processing to delivery at doorstep in destination , which allowed smooth operations once product is released

> Establish and Manage inter company contracts and shipper contracts with the legal team to ensure the product can function without legal issues.

> Establish Finance process flows with the local finance teams to ensure that AR and AP can be accounted for.

> Work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure that products have sufficient traction to begin with.

> Provide product trainings for local sales and BD teams to ensure that they are aware of what they are selling and how they can sell it well.


Crossborder Tech product management

• Led product creation, adoption and training of crossborder product alongside tech team which improved company's crossborder capabilities.


Started the Crossborder department in Singapore for Ninja Pte Ltd which grew substantially into a team of 10 personnel over a span of 2 years. Led the department to be the Top country crossborder department within South East Asia.


Customer Service Relationship Management

• Establishment and maintaining of processes for customer service of clients from East Asia and Intra-ASEAN. Executed and maintained quality control of customer service processes to increase shipper and consignee satisfaction.


Warehouse Management

• Managed crossborder warehousing team to ensure goods are processed efficiently for import and export Managed Inventory space of parcels for shippers within Ninja Pte Ltd's warehouse.


External Stakeholder Management

• Communication with external stakeholders such as custom clearance vendors to ensure goods are imported or exported from Singapore smoothly.
