2. Creating SOPs for country operations team on how to do imports and exports of B2C goods from origin warehouse processing to delivery at doorstep in destination , which allowed smooth operations once product is released
3. Establish and Manage inter company contracts and shipper contracts with the legal team to ensure the product can function without legal issues.
4. Establish Finance process flows with the local finance teams to ensure that AR and AP can be accounted for.
5. Work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure that products have sufficient traction to begin with.
6. Provide product trainings for local sales and BD teams to ensure that they are aware of what they are selling and how they can sell it well.
