Cash Management: Global Transaction Banking

1) Implementation

• Involved in UAT payments/file format testing and implementing solutions for regional clients
• Providing training to clients on electronic banking platform
• Assist to onboard new corporate clients and provide documentation guidance for opening of new current accounts
• Processing of DB-Direct Internet banking requests and mandate changes
• sBilling project team – involved in consolidated billing system migration with various internal teams and stakeholders

2) Service

• Day to day servicing and handling customers’ queries with regards to transactions and resolving DB-Direct Internet banking technical issues via calls and emails
• Liaising with various departments and stakeholders to ensure queries/issues are answered/escalations resolved promptly
• Conducting service review with clients to obtain service feedback and identify improvement areas
• CSS (Client Service System) knowledge owner – involved in testing, attended training in Bangkok in 2016 and implemented to the Singapore team
• Involved in efficiency projects to reduce manual/repetitive client queries and manual processing
• Recognition Awards 2017 and 2022

• Processing of Loans, Dual Currency Investment products and local cheque handling

• Credit control and debt collection related activities
• Check and verify incoming funds/credit notes daily and resolving client/divisions queries to ensure smoother collection of debt
• Preparing reports for management meetings and participating in monthly Debt Review Committee meeting for discussion on outstanding debt

1) Securities Masterfile Department

• Setup and update securities in the Central Securities Masterfile
• Verify and update Corporate Action events
• Provide controls of consistency on the securities universe and assist in checking interface results for all in house systems (BLS, MDF, Multifonds)
• Work with worldwide clients (fund accountants) to resolve any open issues
• Part of pioneer batch of new recruits participating in setup of the new Securities Masterfile department in 2007
• Nomination for Catalyst Award 2008

2) Pricing Department

• Retrieving pricing information from various providers (Bloomberg, Telekurs, FT, Reuters) and brokers email for analysis and pricing of different securities
• Check and verify large variations in prices for corporate actions events and mismatched prices
• Assure correct valuation of all financial instruments within a set timeframe for worldwide clients to run their NAV calculation
• Testing of new Central Pricing System to improve workflow process
• Active participation in Logbook Issue and Client Relationship group
