Independently facilitated T2916 Marina Bay Additions & Alterations planning stage for C830G ISCS, from cooperating with many other Contractors for logistics in meetings and site surveys as well as delineating accurate locations for crucial communication equipment interfaces
Contended with SMRT and LTA for Asset Renewal of C830G, Kim Chuan Depot site surveys were conducted and precise planning and procurement of ODS screens, wall controllers and frame with BARCO and Network Cabinets with Interpower
Managed Hardwired and Serial system documents for Circle Line Stage 6 stations, from Pre-Final stage to current FCDD state, followed through on all meetings with Minutes of Meeting and held all participating parties accountable for their sections and work for official submission to LTA
Facilitated whole process for Installation works for NMS (Network Management System) renewal, from application of PTW (Permit-To-Work) to installation and integration of network switches and firewalls during Engineering Hours at Circle Line Stations
Addressed IFAT (Integrated Factory Acceptance Test) under LTA supervision, for Radio Manager to ISCS as well as Train to ISCS functional test procedures in internal preparation phase and official test phase
Additionally, designed ATS (Automatic Train Supervision) IFAT test procedures
