Civil - Project & Inspection Team:

• Planned, prepared, liaise with government agencies (BCA), internal stakeholders and service providers on building inspection program for PSA owned and leased buildings/ warehouses/ offices.
• Perform in-house periodic building inspections e.g Internal and external building, fall protection.
• Managing and working closely with internal customers and external service providers and government agencies on A & A/ MAA project and building maintenance.
• Inspected project sites to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications, safety protocols and full compliance of all procedure and processes.
• Maintained project schedules by managing timelines and making proactive adjustments.

PSA Tanjong Pagar Complex (Mix Development) Facilities Team:

• Perform contract management for building facilities and conduct regular reviews of service providers' performance for both soft and hard FM e.g Security, Carpark, Civil maintenance, M&E managing agents.
• Prepare tender specification for contractual works e.g Term contract, project and ad-hoc repair works for maintenance and operation purposes.
• Forecasted and reviewed maintenance budgets to establish cost-effective measures.

Secondary appointment:

• Safety Chairman Committee (2024): Work closely with PSA Health Safety Security Sustainability (HSSS) committee and disseminate latest policy and regulation to ensure smooth role out at departmental level.
• Department Recreation Committee (2022-2023): Work closely with PSA sport & wellness committee and encourage department participation. Facilitates in-house team building program and arrange for departmental retreat.

Certification of Appreciation: Covid-19 Resilience Award: Involved in temporary set up of housing facilities for port service providers.

• Demonstrated all swimming strokes and observed participant carefully to correct technique and form.

• Planned and monitor both preventive and corrective maintenance of critical infrastructure in air bases. e.g. power load test, fire pump house, airfield lighting system.
