- Providing 24/7 onsite and offsite support on rotational basis in the Airport for Airline CUTE users and ensured the highest possible availability of the CUTE platform both in network and system applications, resolving all problems logged in a timely manner and ensuring that the SLA timeline for problem resolution is adhered to
- Delivered quality services that met fully the contractual responsibilities of ADS and the expectations of the airline customer
