- Ensure suitable control valve construction, correct BOM are selected and communicate to workshop.

- Be internal planner for New Valve assembly line to communicated with sales, customer, workshop, order fulfillment to make sure order on time delivery.
- In year 2020, I had opportunity to expand role as team leader for new valve assembly line to lead 4 members of Service Engineer to worked on new valve assembly and provide technical information and troubleshooting on any technical issue.
- While in early of 2021, I continue to expand roles as Operation Team Leader to taking care order fulfillment team, engineering team and new valve assembly with total 12 members.
- Leading team and communicated with other departments to facilitate fulfillment activities and address issues.
- Conducted cycle counts and reconciled problems within distribution operations and worked on inventory planning and reporting.
