Personally, on my days off, I enjoy reading the news online with a cup of flat white. Ranging from sports to hot takes, reading the news makes me feel more connected to the world and aware of the happenings. Of course I do get information from social media as well, however I feel that it is best to have a diversified source of information intake rather than just blindly consuming knowledge from one source.
Another hobby I picked up from National Service is that of exercising. From gyms to indoor badminton courts to the swimming pool, I enjoy the exhilaration and feeling of keeping fit from exercising. I try to pair it with a balanced and protein based diet so that I would be able to achieve that dream physique before university starts and it is a work in progress !
