Branch Connect is a web application used by branch tellers of DBS Bank Singapore. All branch services like account opening, deposit, withdrawal, fund transfer, sundries, card issuance, advice, update notifications, update address, create new profile, update contact details, and many more are handled by this application. The application also integrated with different devices which are used in banking operations like laser printer, teller printers, scanners, thermal printers, card printers and TAU.

Responsibility:

• Managing SDET delivery
• Managing deliverables for release
• Managing TechLV for releases
• Managing QA resources
• Coordinating with users
• Managing Production issues
• Support at Singapore DBS branch for each roll out
• Implemented automation using Selenium WebDriver, JAVA TestNg, Cucumber, Rest API
• Implemented Page Objects framework with Parallel execution
• Configured Maven for Selenium JAVA automation projects and developed Maven project object model (POM)
• Worked in a highly dynamic AGILE environment and participated in scrum and sprint meetings
• Jira management for whole test cycle

CPOMS -

CPOMS web application of wealth management domain is implemented to meet the business needs of the BOS – FO, Dealer and Ops for products – Loan, Deposits, Bonds, Funds and IPOs are both mature and feature rich. The same application has now been used by OCBC clients and they have changed their portal accordingly. The scope of project includes full regression for BOS – version of CPOMS application which should not affect the OCBC – version of changes.

• Understanding the Business requirements
• Implemented automation using Selenium WebDriver JAVA TestNg
• Implemented Page Objects framework from scratch to represent web pages.
• Configured Maven for Selenium JAVA automation projects and developed Maven project object model (POM).
• Worked in a highly dynamic AGILE environment and participated in scrum and sprint meetings

IPA Highway -

IPA Highway web application is implemented to meet the business needs of the DBS Trade Finance based operations are both mature and feature rich. IPA Highway has deployed phase wise (Phase1, Phase2, Phase3) in WFE dashboard to accommodate all trade products and steps as per their business needs and grow Singapore Trade operations. Application would support smartform/ non smartform also. Application processes all trade products (APF, ARF, EBC, EBP, ILC, Guarantees etc..) end-to-end. Three systems use to process any the deal – OCR, WFM (Dashboard) and IMEX.

OCR application primarily used to read documents (smart forms) intelligently or upload documents (non-smartform) and extracts values automatic.

After Phase1, operations directly upload trade documents via WFE application and start processing it.

Once transaction validation has done into OCR/WFE-TI tab, the deal entry falls into Dashboard where user process further rules validation to complete the deal.

After deal successfully generated, it has mapped with IMEX records for further process and release deal in IMEX.

Application generates all the necessary reports for their future recording purpose

This is a web application of Health Insurance domain.

This is a portal for intermediary who can create new business (quote), MCA and Renewals, Group search, etc using this portal.

The technology involved - .Net – Sitecore, API.

The project follows Agile – Scrum methodology.

TFS- MS Azure DevOps is used for test execution and defect management.

DSX -

This is a web application of Health Insurance domain. This is a new version of ‘My Bupa’ application. The application includes journeys like– Registration, Login, Account settings, Product settings, etc. User can register, login the account, can change the account settings and product. The project starts from the stretch. The technology involved - .Net – Sitecore, API and CRM. The project follows Agile – Scrum methodology.

TFS - MS Azure DevOps is used for test execution and defect management.

BOSS (Branch Online support system)-

This is a Migration project. BOSS application is migrated from MF Cobol to Visual Cobol and from UNIX to Windows platform. BOSS is a Web application of Health Insurance domain. Branch Online support system is a customer database application used by the employees of BUPA Australia to add, modify, and delete details of the customers. One can process enrollment of new members, membership enquiry, payments, claim processing (Ex., Ancilliary, hospital, medical, CPOS) in BOSS system. We followed Agile methodology for this project.

Weight Watchers is a web and mobile application of Health domain. User can maintain their weight by using this application

User can watch their ProPooints value, have meetings, maintain routine activities, can search food recipes, can watch Success Stories, etc using this application.We followed Agile methodology for this project. We follow Agile Scrum during this project.We have to test application in device- country combination.QC and Jira have been used for test execution and defect management.

Intel AppUp -

Intel AppUp is an Appstore client on which applications are stored. Intel team on onsite side, sends the applications on day-to-day basis for overflow testing and monthly basis for audit testing to Off shore team.

Applications are tested in different OS Windows 7 32 and 64 bit, Windows XP and Meego OS by Off shore side Intel team.

We have used QC and Jira for test execution and defect management.

WFMS -

WFMS system manages work area of all employee of Finlogic

Employee’s day to day work is managed by the system

All requests come from clients are processed under this application.

This is also in-house test execution and defect tracking tool

We have used in-house defect tracking tool for defect management.

ACL-

ACL is the acronym for Access Control List. ACL rights define the access rights to various applications and components thereof to the users. The ACL rights is currently managed centrally for all employees at NJ by Security Admin. Accordingly the different projects and its parts are available on the ACL desk for the employees.

The scope for testing included Smoke testing, UI testing, functional testing, Browser compatibility testing, Database testing, Regression testing, Re-testing.

We have used in-house defect tracking tool for defect management.

Cleint Desk-

This application is based on Mutual fund domain. It is developed to manage Client interaction with their Investment. This system is provided to all clients who invest through NJ. They can see their Current Valuation Report through the system. Also Do the Investment in different area.

The scope for testing included Smoke testing, UI testing, functional testing, Browser compatibility testing, Database testing, Regression testing, Re-testing.

We have used in-house defect tracking tool for defect management.

NJ Customer Care-

This application is based on Mutual fund domain. NJ Customer Care is developed with an objective to provide high quality of customer service to Network Partners (Sub-brokers) of NJ India Invest. The Project focuses on assisting the Network Partners in solving their queries.

The scope for testing included Smoke testing, UI testing, functional testing, Browser compatibility testing, Database testing, Regression testing, Re-testing.
